    Advice needed (My Beagle was adopted in the last 18 months)

    Things to consider mentioning:

    Query dependent, please use your own discretion/just what is applicable to your situation
    Name
    Age
    Sex
    Sterilised or not
    Other dogs/pets  in the home
    Relationship with other dogs/pets in the home
    ​General temperament when relaxed
    Temperament when stressed/anxious
    What is your main concern?
    Description of stools currently
    How much water does he/she drink?
    Has behaviour recently changed?/Is it a new behaviour?
    Have you seen a vet regarding the issue?/Has there been a thorough vet check by a vet that understands potential behavioural changes due to pain/discomfort, etc?
    When did you notice the behaviour change?
    Are you around when the behaviour happens?
    If biting is involved please describe the severity of the bites
    Describe what happens leading up to the behaviour
    Describe what happens after the behaviour (your actions, the dog's reactions/behaviour/general vibe in the home)
    What have you tried/done to manage or rectify the behaviour?
    Is your Beagle toy/food/treat motivated?
    Is your Beagle socialised (If yes inside the home? Outside the home?)?
    Have you done any training? If yes, what?
    What do you feed your Beagle?
