BRAG Foster Volunteer Form
Please be absolutely honest with your answers and do not tell us what you think we'd want to hear. We ask that you have a think about each question asked and not be disillusioned about your own motivations for wanting to foster. We understand that this is a very extensive questionnaire. Please know that fostering can build or break down an already distressed dog (and your own pets) and should be taken seriously. For your own sake as well as your other pets and the foster dog(s) we would like to make this the most pleasant experience possible for all.

Knowledge of the breed
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The information you give here will not determine whether or not you get approved to foster. The answers you give are crucial to an understanding to make a perfect match. Your level of understanding of the breed will only determine the character of the dog we match to you.
Please be as honest as possible. If you have no knowledge of the breed please do say so. It will not mean your application does not get approved at all. It gives us an idea of what dog we can match to you.
